Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present SalesRebel.AI’s solutions to solve their challenges.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with the Senior Consultant to develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach potential clients.
Training and Development: Undergo rigorous training and shadow the Senior Consultant to understand the nuances of client interactions and sales processes.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations highlighting the benefits and features of SalesRebel.AI’s platform to prospective clients.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and share with the product and tech teams to help improve the platform and service offering.
Commission Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, ensuring that commission targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
Previous sales or consultancy experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team-based environment.
Passion for technology and understanding of the AI-driven sales landscape.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a first-year minimum earning potential of $120k+.
Immediate commission earnings from day one.

Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and timelines.
Resource Management: Allocate and utilize resources in an efficient manner. Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to the plan.
Budgeting: Prepare, manage, and adhere to project budgets, ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage client expectations, ensure the delivery of the highest quality service, and drive client satisfaction.
Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, devise contingency plans, and ensure projects remain on track.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of developers and other professionals, ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge to achieve project milestones.
Reporting: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, and report this information to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Review completed projects, identifying best practices and lessons learned, and apply this knowledge to future projects.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in project management, preferably in web and application development contexts.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Oversee and manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Administrative Support: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare necessary materials, and meet all tech needs.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Travel Planning: Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Expense Reports: Track expenses and prepare reports as needed.
Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary company information.
Project Management: Assist with special projects, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline executive processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or GoogleDocs
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A high degree of professionalism and a strong sense of discretion.
